Priced to the project.
Every project is scoped and priced on its own, after a free discovery call. The number is fixed before either of us commits — no change orders, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.
Delivered on time, or the price drops.
Every project carries the same delivery ladder. We're paid in full only if we hit the agreed window.

We deliver inside the agreed window. You pay the full price, once, on completion.
2 weeks late
Half price
We're late, you pay half
If we slip more than two weeks past the agreed window, the price drops to half. We carry the cost of our own delay.

Still late, you pay nothing
Four weeks past the deadline and the project is on us. The work is yours either way.
One invoice. On completion.
Nothing upfront. We invoice once the project ships and you're satisfied with what you got. No deposits, no milestones, no draws.

A free call to define the build, the success criteria, and what's out of scope. The number is fixed at the end of this conversation, not before.
Production-grade build
Senior engineering. Typed code, sensible architecture, tests where they earn their keep. The code your team can keep building on.
Deployment & handover
Shipped to your infrastructure, documented, with a walkthrough. We don't disappear after merge.
Two weeks post-launch support
Bug fixes, small adjustments, and questions answered, included. After that, optional retainer if you want us to stay.
NDA, IP, and code transfer
We sign NDAs by default. You own all code, designs, and deliverables. No license tricks, no vendor lock-in.
