Challenge
Agriventures wanted more than a redesigned website. They wanted a platform that turned their grant research into a product their customers could use.
The old site was a brochure. It told visitors what Agriventures did, but it didn't let them actually use any of it. Meanwhile the company had a growing internal database of EU agricultural grant calls and a clear opportunity: put that knowledge behind a subscription, and give each customer the calls that fit their business.
On top of that, the marketing side needed to evolve — proper SEO, a real blog, and a CMS the team could manage themselves without going through a developer for every edit.

Solution
We turned the work Agriventures was already doing for clients into a product customers can subscribe to — and gave the team a marketing site they actually own.
Customers sign up, describe their business once, and start seeing the EU agricultural grants that fit them — not a directory dump, but a shortlist matched to their profile, each call answered with a clear eligibility result up front so application time isn't spent on calls that were never going to fit. Instead of paying for advice on whether to apply at all, customers can self-serve the first decision and bring Agriventures in for the parts that need an expert.
On the public side, the Agriventures team manages their own pages, services, and blog posts — new content goes live without a developer in the loop. The site is built so search engines can find that content, turning the blog into a real top-of-funnel that brings new business in on its own.

What was hard
Keeping the team in control of their own content
Agriventures had already started building their content workflow in Wix and didn't want to lose that. We made sure the marketing side stays exactly as easy to edit as before — so the team keeps shipping posts and updates without waiting on us.
Shipping to paying customers without breaking trust
Each new piece of the platform — matching, eligibility, the customer dashboard — is rolled out in phases with real data, so subscribers always see something that works rather than something that's almost ready.
Outcome
What used to be internal grant research is now a recurring-revenue product, customers see the funding that actually fits them with the eligibility question already answered, and the marketing team keeps the public site moving without ever having to wait on a developer.
