Challenge
Coordinating a 100-person warehouse on shared Excel sheets is the kind of system that works until it doesn't — and then it breaks loudly.
When a delivery arrived at an Intercars warehouse, the receiving team logged its contents into spreadsheets. Stock locations, pallet numbers, partial deliveries and exceptions all lived in cells that several people were editing at once.
The result was the usual long tail of broken collaboration: lost rows, conflicting versions, items that nobody could locate on the floor, and a constant tax on supervisors who had to reconcile reality with the file at the end of every shift.
Solution
We gave the Intercars team one tool that runs their warehouse, instead of a folder full of spreadsheets nobody fully trusts.
Receiving teams log incoming deliveries the moment they arrive. The system handles where the stock should go, and from that point on anyone can look up where any item lives — without walking the warehouse or asking the person who put it there. Software the whole team can rely on replaces a shared spreadsheet that always had one stale tab.
The work that used to disappear into shared files now stays visible: who received what, where it ended up, what's been moved. Supervisors get a real picture of the day instead of reconstructing one at the end of it, so the evenings spent reconciling files are gone. New hires get productive in days, not weeks, because the tool teaches them the workflow — and the day-to-day mistakes that came from copy-paste, conflicting edits, and lost rows simply stop happening.

Outcome
The shared-spreadsheet workflow is gone across the operation, any team member can answer 'where is this item?' instantly, and we keep partnering with Intercars to grow the tool as the warehouse keeps growing.
